Our Physiotherapy Clinics in Singapore
CARe has three clinics in Singapore: at Camden Medical Centre in Orchard, at Parkway Centre in Marine Parade, and at Royal Square in Novena. Our physiotherapists and occupational therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore.

What we can help with
Following an assessment, our clinicians can help with:
- Pain and injury affecting the neck, back, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand
- Recovery after surgery, alongside the plan set by your surgeon or doctor
- Sports and exercise injuries
- Hand and upper limb conditions, including hand therapy
Whether any of these is suitable for you depends on your assessment. If we do not think rehabilitation is the right next step, we will tell you, and where we can we will point you towards a more appropriate service. CARe does not perform surgery, injections or imaging.
Our clinics are not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, or sudden weakness, numbness or difficulty speaking, call 995 or go to the nearest A&E immediately.
If your symptoms are severe or rapidly worsening, if they follow a significant accident or injury, or if you notice any change in bladder or bowel control, please seek medical attention the same day rather than booking a routine appointment. Neither of these is a complete list, so if you are unsure, speak to a doctor first.

Assessment first
We start by understanding the problem and what matters to you day to day, whether that is work, sport, caring for a family member or sleeping through the night. Anything we suggest follows from that conversation.
A plan built around your week
When we discuss options with you, we take into account the time you realistically have.
Working alongside your other clinicians
Where you are already under the care of a surgeon, doctor or another therapist, we aim to work in line with their plan.

Which clinic should I go to?
The three clinics are at Camden Medical Centre in Orchard, Parkway Centre in Marine Parade and Royal Square in Novena. Do I need a doctor's referral to book?
Please confirm our booking requirements when you contact us. If you intend to claim under an insurance or employee benefits plan, check that plan's referral, panel and pre-authorisation requirements first, as coverage is determined by your plan rather than by us.
What happens at a first appointment?
A first appointment generally begins with an assessment. We ask about your symptoms and about what matters to you day to day, examine the area, and then talk through what we think is going on and what the options are.
What should I bring?
Any referral letter, scan or X-ray reports, and a list of medications you are taking. Wear or bring clothing that lets us see and move the affected area.
Are the same services available at every clinic?
Not necessarily. Across our clinics we provide physiotherapy, occupational therapy and hand therapy, but services available at each clinic may vary. Please check when you book.
Can I be seen at a different clinic later on?
Yes. If a different location becomes more convenient part way through, let us know and we will look at what we can arrange.
