Physiotherapy Singapore

Physiotherapy in Singapore

Pain, stiffness or a recent injury can quietly take over your day — making it harder to train, work or simply move the way you used to. At CARe (Centre for Advanced Rehabilitation), our AHPC-registered physiotherapists work with you to restore movement, manage pain and rebuild the strength you need to get back to the things that matter.

We treat people across the full recovery journey: acute sports and orthopaedic injuries, recovery after surgery, and longer-standing chronic pain. Every plan is built around your goals, your body and your timeline — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Our physiotherapy services

Movement and joint rehabilitation

We provide structured knee rehabilitation for patients recovering from knee injuries, surgery or ongoing knee pain, with a clear progression from early recovery back to full function. More detail is available on our dedicated knee pain management page.

Hands-on and manual treatment

Our physiotherapists use manual therapy and sports massage to ease stiffness, improve mobility and relieve muscular tension. Where appropriate, dry needling is used to target tight or painful muscle points and support recovery.

Pain management and physical modalities

We offer focused pain management as part of your rehabilitation, drawing on physical modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, shockwave and NMES to support healing and reduce discomfort. These modalities are applied alongside active treatment, not in place of it.

Returning to sport, work and daily life

For active patients, we use sports and functional taping to support joints during recovery and return to activity. For those getting back to their jobs, vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work support helps you build the capacity your role demands, while an ergonomics consult helps set up your workspace to prevent re-injury.

Assessment and home-based support

Beyond the clinic, we offer assistive device assessment and fitting, home assessment and modification, and home therapy — so the right support follows you into daily life. If getting to a clinic is difficult, our home therapy option brings physiotherapy to you.

Specialist and complex rehabilitation

Our physiotherapists also work beyond musculoskeletal and sports care. We provide neurological rehabilitation for patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, and vestibular rehabilitation for those dealing with dizziness and balance problems. We support older adults through geriatric physiotherapy that addresses age-related decline and falls, and we deliver cardiopulmonary rehabilitation for cardiac and respiratory recovery. For persistent pain, our chronic pain management combines radiofrequency therapy and dry needling alongside conventional physiotherapy.

Conditions we see

Our physiotherapists regularly help patients with:

  • Orthopaedic and sports injuries

  • Recovery after surgery (post-surgical rehabilitation)

  • Chronic and persistent pain

A fuller list is available on our conditions page.

Two locations, plus physiotherapy at home

You can see our physiotherapists at either of our two clinic locations — Camden Medical Centre and Parkway Centre — chosen for convenient access in central Singapore. If travelling to a clinic is difficult, home therapy is available so you can receive treatment in your own space.

Why choose CARe for physiotherapy

  • AHPC-registered physiotherapists — your care is delivered by therapists registered with the Allied Health Professions Council.

  • Multidisciplinary under one roof — physiotherapy, occupational therapy and hand therapy work side by side, so complex recoveries are coordinated rather than fragmented.

  • Two convenient locations plus home therapy — see us at Camden Medical Centre or Parkway Centre, or have therapy come to you.

  • Recovery-focused, goal-led plans — treatment is built around getting you back to sport, work and daily life.
