Following an assessment, our clinicians can help with:

- Recovery after surgery, alongside the plan set by your surgeon or doctor
- Sports and exercise injuries
- Hand and upper limb conditions, including hand therapy
Our clinics are not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or numbness, or any change in bladder or bowel control, call 995 or go to an emergency department rather than booking a routine appointment. If you have a significant injury, or symptoms that are severe or rapidly worsening, see a doctor the same day. This is not a complete list, so if you are unsure, speak to a doctor first.

What happens at a first appointment?
A first appointment generally begins with an assessment. We ask about your symptoms and about what matters to you day to day, examine the area, and then talk through what we think is going on and what the options are.
What should I bring?
If you have one, bring any referral letter, along with any scan or X-ray reports and a list of any medications you are taking. Wear or bring clothing that lets us see and move the affected area.
