Maha has years of experience in both the public and private healthcare sectors, having worked in the industry from 2009 to 2021. As a Senior Patient Service Associate at the National Neuroscience Institute, SingHealth, she developed strong skills in patient service, teamwork, and problem-solving, ensuring smooth outpatient clinic operations while delivering compassionate care. Her ability to build meaningful connections with both patients and colleagues has been a key strength throughout her career. Her dedication to excellence in patient service was recognized with the Singapore Health Quality Service Award (SHQSA) Silver and Gold, reflecting her commitment to providing outstanding care.

 

After taking a fulfilling three-year break to focus on motherhood, Maha returned to the workforce with a renewed passion for helping others. She brings not only her patient service expertise but also the patience, empathy, and adaptability that come with being a mom.

At CARe, Maha plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for every patient on their rehabilitation journey. She is dedicated to providing excellent service and making each interaction positive and meaningful. With her warm and approachable nature, she hopes to make a difference in the lives of those who walk through the doors of CARe.
