In addition, Hua Jian served as a clinical educator, mentoring junior physiotherapists and students during their internships.

Hua Jian further advanced his clinical skills at a private clinic focused on chronic pain management, where he integrated advanced modalities such as TECAR therapy, blood-flow restriction training, and dry needling with conventional physiotherapy techniques. His approach is centred on delivering targeted rehabilitation for shoulder injuries, knee injuries, and vestibular disorders, alongside effective management of chronic and persistent pain.

With a patient-centred and holistic approach, Hua Jian designs personalised rehabilitation programmes to restore strength, mobility, stability, and balance. He is particularly skilled in managing post-operative shoulder and knee conditions, sports injuries, and complex vestibular cases.

Outside of his professional work, Hua Jian enjoys jiujitsu, swimming, and spending quality time with his cats and dog. He is also currently learning surf skating, reflecting his passion for movement and active living.
